Cub Scout Pack 455 has served the Eagan, Inver Grove Heights and Rosemount areas since 1998. We have a strong and supportive chartering partner, Emanuel Lutheran Church. Our meeting place for pack meetings is Red Pine Elementary School, 530 Red Pine Lane, just east of Highway 3. We are part of District O in the Northern Star Council. This Council is one of the five largest of the over 275 Councils in the nation, and provides numerous opportunities to scouts and their families year round.
